Qualifications

• Experience of working in a planning or legal environment.
• Working knowledge of s106 legal agreements.
• Experience monitoring policies and their implementation.
• Graduate with relevant work experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for s106 agreements and monitor implementation.
• Ensure developer contributions are secured and paid to partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Council teams, elected representatives and external partners.
• Support collection of the Community Infrastructure Levy.
