You should have strong bakery experience with dough, knowledge of ingredients, and a flair for creativity. The position is based in Slough with a 38k salary range depending on experience.

Qualifications

• You will need good bakery experience having worked extensively with dough.
• Good knowledge of ingredients and their applications.
• Flair and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Be instrumental in the process of precuring new ingredients, from inspiration to usage.
• Oversee and facilitating customer product samples and liaising all requests with the sales team.
• Take a lead in facilitating production trials and resulting product samples for testing and customer sign off.
• Be responsible for ensuring that activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal compliance, policies and procedures and general duty of care and corporate responsibility.
