Roll Boys in London is a bold, fast‑moving bakery focused on next‑level cinnamon rolls. We’re growing, and we need a hands‑on Senior Baker to run day‑to‑day production, own dough quality, and lead the on‑floor baking team.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Director and GM, manage prover conditions, schedule, food hygiene, and improvements with our baking consultant, and ensure consistent output across shifts. Starting immediately, £30,000–£35,000 yearly with performance‑based pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Baker/Pastry Chef in a high-volume bakery or kitchen.
• Strong hands-on experience with enriched doughs and fermentation.
• Ability to lead, train and rota a small team on the shop floor.
• Current food hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Run daily production end to end from prep to finish to meet volume targets.
• Own dough consistency; manage prover conditions and batch timing.
• Lead and train bakers; set floor standards and enforce them.
• Own food safety and hygiene compliance in the kitchen.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with consultants on improvements.
• Manage stock and ingredient ordering for production.
• Protect Roll Boys' product quality and brand standards.
