The Green Recruitment Company is collaborating with an international renewable energy developer. Backed by a private investment firm, the company specializes in Solar and BESS projects and is seeking a French or German-speaking Renewable Energy Development Analyst to join their team in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Screen development opportunities using GIS software, considering planning constraints and restrictive covenants.
2. Assess project viability by evaluating planning and commercial factors.
3. Develop commercial parameters to support land negotiations.
4. Assist in securing land parcels through a network of land advisors and internal Land Acquisition Directors.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Real Estate or a related field.
• Proficiency in French or German (native or professional working proficiency).
• Experience in land agency, real estate, planning, or development in France or Germany.
• Interest in renewable energy.
• Willingness to work on a commission basis and participate in an equity scheme.
• Availability to relocate or work in London for 6 months to a year.
