German Speaking Business Developer

Optimus Search is seeking a talented German-speaking Business Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with clients across Germany and Austria, while also growing existing relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a dynamic and rapidly growing company, with excellent earning potential and comprehensive training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Build a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successful business development, ideally within a SaaS or tech-related industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Eligible to work in the UK, or the company can arrange work visas if required
