Job summary

BBC Studios in London – Television Centre is seeking a Developing Creative to support promotional, digital and social content across our portfolio in EMEA. You will produce, reversion and adapt assets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and collaboration skills, and experience creating social content. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

• Creative mindset with a passion for content, media, digital platforms and social storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and high production standards.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience creating social content and/or short-form assets, academic or professional.

Responsibilities

• Produce, quality check and deliver promotional, digital and social assets across EMEA.
• Reversion and adapt creative materials to brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Ensure content is editorially accurate, technically compliant and delivered on time within budgets.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production and Operations teams to support campaigns and find innovative solutions.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns using audience insights and trends to maximise engagement.
