Job description

About Us

We are developing a next-gen API platform that allows SaaS businesses of any size to integrate their product with third-party products in a fast, powerful, and secure way.

️Our vision

The number of SaaS companies is exploding. But making great integrations is still too expensive and slow. We are building StackOne to solve this and become the platform that powers a connected ecosystem of apps that customers love.

Well-funded and backed by top-tier angels and VCs, we're nowgrowing extremely rapidly and we are currently raising a multi-million dollar round. We're seeking talented and driven individuals who can help us achieve our vision and continue to grow the product and the overall company at a record pace.

About the role

As the Developer Relations Manager, you won't just be a content creator—you'll be a brand ambassador. You will own the technical narrative and ensure that it resonates with our target developer communities. You'll work in concert with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to create and disseminate compelling technical content that bridges the gap between our technology and the developer's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Storytelling: Synthesize complex technical features of our API platform into compelling blog posts, videos, tutorials, and webinars
  • Community Engagement: Foster an active and engaged developer community through social media, Stack Overflow, GitHub and other online platforms. Address technical queries and moderate community discussions.
  • Technical Advocacy: Work with engineering and product management to relay community feedback and influence the roadmap, ensuring that we’re building what developers actually want.
  • Technical Onboarding: Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and sample code libraries to help developers onboard faster.
  • Partner Collaboration: Develop technical content in collaboration with third-party tech partners and integrate their APIs into our ecosystem.
  • Internal Training: Regularly brief internal teams on industry trends, competitive landscape, and community feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Writing roles.
  • Technical Depth: Hands-on coding experience; solid grasp of APIs, Webhooks, and RESTful services.
  • Content Creation: Proven track record of creating high-impact technical content, including code samples, tutorials, and thought leadership articles.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. Experience in public speaking is a plus.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Markdown, Swagger or similar API documentation tools; basic proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus.
️ Our Stack

As one of the first senior engineering hires in the company, you will have a lot of freedom and agency to choose and work with the technology you love. Our tech stack includes:

  • Infra & monitoring: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Postgres), Tinybird, Datadog, Sentry…
  • Languages & Frameworks: Typescript (Node.js), NestJs, Rails
  • Other day-to-day Tools: Notion, Slack, Jira, GitHub, Google workspace ecosystem and more
  • Content/Product related tools: Webflow, Intercom, Readme.com, ****Eraser.io, Figma
Product

Our integration platform is unique for SaaS because:

  • It’s easy and fast. To add dozens of integrations, you only need to integrate once with our unified API and we take care of the rest. This is way faster, cheaper, and more reliable than building every integration to each tool one at a time (it can take weeks/months per integration).
  • We enrich and standardize APIs: Don’t worry about the headache of figuring out how every tool’s API works. We add features that don’t exist out of the box (like using filters in your query or triggering a webhook when data changes) and make all APIs behave in the same consistent way. It’s easier and better to go through StackOne than to connect to the tools directly.
  • Extreme security and privacy: We will soon be SOC2 certified, we have data residency options for GDPR compliance, and more features to protect your customers’ data.
