Job summary

Hexcel in the UK (Duxford) seeks a highly skilled Developer (Full Stack, Cloud, AI & Platform Delivery) to design, build, and deliver modern enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle. You will own development, build, deployment, release, and production support with AI-driven capabilities.

You will contribute to platform design, architectural direction, and engineering standards, with a path toward technical leadership in a collaborative environment that spans R&D, manufacturing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and React for enterprise applications.
• Experience with IaC using Bicep.
• Proficient in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with GitHub workflows and Docker containerization.
• Experience building or integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end production solutions and APIs/microservices.
• Strong Azure, DevOps, Cloud & Platform engineering background.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and proactive learning.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly hands-on Developer to design, build, and deliver modern enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle. This is an end-to-end ownership role, responsible not only for development but also for build, deployment, release, and production support. You will work across the full stack while embedding AI-driven capabilities, including prompt-engineered and data-grounded (RAG-based) solutions, into business applications. Over time, you will contribute to platform design, architectural direction, and engineering standards, with a clear path toward technical leadership.
