Government Recruitment Service seeks a Risk and Assurance Officer at Heathrow to join the Detention Services Security Team. The role focuses on security reviews, intelligence support and use-of-force analysis to help keep the detention estate safe and compliant.

You will handle referrals, maintain registers, generate reports for senior management and deliver training on UoF techniques while working a full-time shift pattern with regional travel.

Formación

• Experience in security and intelligence environments.
• Ability to conduct impartial assessments of use of force (UoF).
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Security reviews of IRCs to test security and ensure standards.
• Support security and intelligence processes, referrals, registers and systems.
• Analyse operational intelligence; identify trends and produce senior reports.
• Impartial UoF assessments with evidence-based feedback for policy compliance.
• Maintain current UoF knowledge; deliver training and awareness sessions.
• Operate MS Office and IT systems; stay organised under pressure.
• Communicate clearly; report writing and stakeholder engagement.
• Work independently and in a team; adapt to changing priorities.
