Reporting to the Head of Deployed Operations, you will drive performance, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration while ensuring compliance with aviation frameworks and delivering quality operational documentation on deployments abroad.

Reporting to the Head of Deployed Operations, in the role of Detachment Head you will manage and lead a small team within the deployed operations team.
As a Detachment Head, you will need to be able to operate in an expeditionary environment. You must have the ability to make clear and concise decisions independently. Safety will be your highest priority with a strong focus on the real-world application of good practice in a wide range of circumstances.
