We are seeking a driven and high-performing Destination Manager

The Destination Manager will be responsible for maintaining the health and quality of the Viator product across their assigned geographical area. This role requires a deep understanding of local trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimize our offerings according to consumer demand in terms of variety, pricing, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curate and maintain a top-tier product offering for assigned destinations.
  2. Acquire new inventory to fill product gaps and introduce innovative offerings.
  3. Enhance destination presence to increase product diversity and brand awareness.
  4. Negotiate favorable terms and monitor key performance metrics.
  5. Ensure consistent product quality and availability, aligning offerings with customer preferences.
  6. Establish and strengthen relationships within the operator community in your destination.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Experience: 3-5 years in B2B account management or sales; experience in online travel agencies, operators, or travel is a plus.

Traits: Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, growth-oriented, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data analysis and technical understanding.
  • Knowledge of the travel landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Language skills: Vietnamese preferred but not mandatory.
