About the Role

We are seeking a driven and high-performing Destination Manager responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality and variety of our offerings in your designated geographical area. You will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and work to optimize our product offerings to match consumer demand, focusing on product variety, pricing, and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Curate and maintain a top-tier product portfolio for your destinations.
  2. Acquire new inventory to fill product gaps and introduce innovative offerings.
  3. Build and strengthen relationships within your destination to enhance product selection and brand presence.
  4. Negotiate favorable commercial terms and monitor key performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
  5. Ensure consistent product availability and quality, aligning offerings with customer preferences.
  6. Establish Viator and yourself as key members of the local operator community.
Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years in B2B account management or sales, preferably within online travel agencies, operators, or related travel sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and commercial success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Attention to detail and data analysis skills; understanding of the travel landscape is a plus.
  • Language skills: Vietnamese preferred but not mandatory.
