Job summary

3 Sixty Resourcing is recruiting a Despatch / Warehouse Operative for their King's Lynn site. This full-time, permanent role blends warehouse, despatch and production duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a panel saw, inspect items, pack for despatch, follow stock procedures, and assist with loading using forklift. The role demands good numeracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or production environment is advantageous.
• Strong team-working skills and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and training effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a panel saw and carry out production inspections.
• Pack and inspect ancillary items ready for despatch.
• Carry out quality and accuracy checks throughout the working day.
• Follow stock control and warehouse management procedures.
• Construct pallets for despatch.
• Operate forklift trucks to move products and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Support other production and warehouse activities as required.
