MWI Buying Group is seeking an Associate Operator in the United Kingdom to support despatch operations in a healthcare distribution setting. The role focuses on palletising, wrapping, and preparing orders for delivery while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Palletise customer orders accurately and efficiently for despatch.
• Wrap and secure pallets to ensure safe transportation.
• Prepare shipment areas and packaging materials for outbound activity.
• Update warehouse transactions and shipment documentation accurately.
• Monitor and handle temperature-sensitive products in line with procedures.
• Identify and report damaged, non-conforming, or on-hold stock.
• Coordinate movement of materials using approved warehouse equipment.
• Escalate inventory, stock, or despatch issues to the appropriate team members.
