Job summary

Dunbia Group is hiring Despatch Operatives in Bridlington to join our Despatch department. The role involves loading, moving, and checking loads to specification using barcode scanners and our tracking systems, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We offer weekly pay, a generous holiday allowance, free parking, PPE, and a death-in-service scheme after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently or follow instructions.
• Understanding of workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Previous Forklift Truck (FLT) experience or licence is highly advantageous.
• Must provide valid proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Load, move, and check product loads using barcode scanners and computerised tracking systems.
• Adhere strictly to site Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards and company hygiene rules.
• Conduct required equipment start-up checks and promptly report any issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and commitment to company values.
