Job summary

Arla, a global dairy cooperative, is seeking a Despatch Operative for our Aylesbury Dairy. You will be part of a high‑performance team, loading milk tets to trailers, dispatching to customers UK‑wide, and using voice-picking to assemble orders. You will also conduct inventory and keep the cold store tidy.

The role emphasizes reliability, quality and safety, with opportunities to learn additional skills within a supportive culture at Arla.

Responsibilities

• Complete all cold store functions including loading milk tets to trailers and dispatch to customers across the UK.
• Operate voice-picking devices and pick loose bottles to fulfil customer orders.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain housekeeping; supervise robots as needed.

Join our Despatch team as an operator at our Aylesbury Dairy and you will contribute to making food that is loved by millions.

Job Purpose

As a Despatch Operative you will be part of a high-performance team both delivering and supporting other functions to meet challenging department, team and personal goals. Completing all Cold store functions including loading milk tets to trailers sending it to customers all around UK, using voice picking devices and picking loose bottles to fulfil customer orders, conducting physical inventory, housekeeping duties and looking after our robots.
