Job summary

Alliance Healthcare is seeking an Associate Operator, Warehouse Operations to join our despatch team in South Normanton. The role focuses on safe loading and unloading, accurate dispatch, and maintaining load integrity within the healthcare supply chain.

You will ensure compliance with operational standards, complete daily forklift checks, and support KPI reporting while working with drivers and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse support, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field desired (≤2 years).
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles following procedures and schedules.
• Perform daily Fork Lift Truck checks and report defects.
• Ensure loads are secured and correctly positioned.
• Follow loading schedules for timely dispatch to Service Centres.
• Maintain records to support KPIs and traceability.
• Process inbound consignments and ensure proper handling of goods and documents.
• Assist with third-party consignments and network workstreams.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, safety and compliance.
