The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is recruiting a desktop support analyst to join the team at our Liverpool site.
As part of the IT services team, the desktop support analyst provides support for all RCP IT services to users. Responsibilities include handling incidents or service requests using incident reporting and request fulfilment processes.
You should have a can-do, optimistic attitude, strong knowledge of IT service operation, transition, and continual service improvement. A commitment to developing your IT skills and striving for service excellence is essential. Significant experience in a similar role, education to A level or professional standard (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional), and excellent English communication skills are required.
