Deskside & Technology Support Analyst (SC Cleared) - Bristol

This role is based in Bristol and requires an active SC clearance, with the possibility of taking a DV clearance.

Role: Deskside & Technology Support Analyst

Contract Duration: 6 months initial

Experience & Qualifications:

1. At least 4 years' experience in IT Service Management principles and processes
2. 2nd Line Support experience
3. High proficiency in a Corporate IT environment
4. Experience in exceeding Service Level Agreements
5. Microsoft Certification
6. ITIL V3/4 Foundation Qualification
7. Working knowledge of ServiceNow
8. Customer Service experience
