Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a Designer to join its growing Design team in the UK. The designer will produce accurate, compliant system designs to support projects across residential, commercial, and specialist sectors, using AutoCAD and related software.

You will work with estimation, project management and installation teams to coordinate building services, review information for compliance, attend design reviews and site surveys, and maintain drawing records.

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Understanding of construction practices and building services.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Produce detailed system layouts, drawings, and design documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Develop system designs in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Review project information and raise technical queries where information is incomplete, inconsistent, or may impact compliance, programme, installation, or cost.
• Coordinate designs with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and other project stakeholders.
• Attend design review meetings and site surveys as required.
• Maintain accurate design records, drawing revisions, and project documentation.

Our client is recruiting for a Designer to join their growing Design team. The Designer will be responsible for producing accurate, compliant, and efficient system designs that support the successful delivery of projects across residential, commercial, and specialist sectors.

Working closely with estimation, project management and installation teams, the Designer will contribute to the design and coordination of building systems that help protect lives, property, and businesses.
