The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What We Look For:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food safety and health standards.
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop team members.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
