The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What you will do |

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
• Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build a strong team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Solve problems proactively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance positively in a complex environment.
