As a Designate Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team, driving performance and achieving excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensure every dish meets high standards, supporting your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards. Understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and nurture your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and valued, enabling them to thrive.
• Think proactively and make quick, effective decisions as a problem solver.
