As a Designate Head Chef, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations while maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team, drive performance, and deliver excellent results.

Requirements:

• Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food quality and safety, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build and nurture your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
