Bella Italia in Liverpool is seeking a Designate General Manager to lead the restaurant with energy and guest-first service. You will drive performance, shape the guest experience, and partner with Operations to support teams across the North West.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front delivering exceptional guest experiences and being the face of the restaurant.
• Drive performance achieving and exceeding brand and restaurant goals.
• Working closely with Operations Manager and restaurant teams across the North West to support our people, strengthen our teams, and deliver great results.
• Inspire & develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturing internal talent.
• Ensure safety & compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how every decision impacts the wider business.
