You will maintain hygiene standards, clean equipment, monitor storage facilities, and report concerns. You may support other DT specialisms as required.

Qualifications

• Must follow hygiene practices and have knowledge of food safety.
• Organised, forward-thinking and able to maintain clean storage and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Store, rotate and collect food in the food room.
• Maintain hygiene standards and clean equipment and storage facilities.
• Set up for each class, assist with administration and displays.
• Support other DT specialisms as the Technician when required.
