The Role

Soham Village College seeks a motivated and experienced Design and Technology Technician to support the faculty. Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining machinery, supporting students during practical lessons, and general workshop duties.

Interested in becoming a Technician in D&T? We welcome applicants without formal workshop machinery qualifications but with a keen interest in practical work or D&T. Mandatory training will be provided, and pay will be adjusted until training is completed. Contact us for more information.

Salary based on FTE £24,790 - £25,183, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
