We are currently looking to recruit a Design Technology Technician to join the trust. The main duties of this role will include; the preparation of materials for lessons including assembling equipment, assisting and supporting students and teachers and promoting the observance of a safe and healthy working environment.

In 2021, the academy was successful in its application as part of the school rebuilding programme. Our 25-million-pound partial new build is due for completion in October of this year. The state-of-the-art facilities will include new dining, sport, and classroom facilities.

Trinity Multi Academy Trust is a forward thinking, vibrant and growing trust, currently comprising of 11 academies including secondary, primary and post-16 and we have plans to grow even further in the future.

What we require:

• 4 GCSE’s or more at Grade C or above, including English, Maths and Science (or equivalent)
• Experience of working in a similar role (paid or voluntary)
• Knowledge of the equipment used in particular in Design Technology
• An understanding of the safety within a classroom, along with the knowledge of health and safety processes and procedures
