Aspire People is recruiting for a Qualified Design and Technology Teacher to join a busy team across Leicester and Leicestershire, starting ASAP. The role offers day-to-day, short-term, long-term and potential permanent work, with work arranged around your availability.

Applicants must have UK QTS, KS3/KS4 experience (KS5 beneficial), an enhanced DBS update service (or willingness to apply), and strong communication and teamwork skills to support schools in the region.

Qualifications

• UK QTS with recent teaching experience in UK schools.
• KS3 and KS4 experience (KS5 beneficial).
• Enhanced DBS check on update service or willingness to apply.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Design and Technology lessons across KS3/KS4 as needed.
• Cover day-to-day absences and longer-term blocks as required.
• Plan, deliver, and mark work in your specialist subject.
