Responsabilités

• Teach Design and Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with potential to contribute to Engineering Design (Cambridge Nationals).
• Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and well-structured lessons.
• Maintain a safe, highly structured workshop environment, ensuring rigorous health & safety standards, proper tool usage, and safe equipment operation.
• Support students in developing practical making skills, CAD, electronics, and design-thinking methodologies.
• Monitor pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare Key Stage 4 pupils for upcoming assessments and submissions.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive department to maintain high standards.
