• Position: Design Technology Teacher (QTS or ECT welcome)

• Rate: £175–£250 per day (depending on experience)
• Contract: Full-time, long-term role
• Key Stages: KS3 & KS4

The Role
You will be teaching Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills. The school has excellent facilities, including well-equipped workshops, and offers a collaborative working environment where innovation in teaching is encouraged. You’ll be supported by a strong leadership team and a department committed to delivering high-quality DT education.

The Candidate
We're looking for a qualified teacher (QTS or ECT) with a specialism in Design Technology – whether that’s Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, or a combination. You’ll need experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 level, with a flair for inspiring students and a strong classroom presence. You should be confident in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student cohort, with a commitment to raising achievement.
