Job summary

Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking a proactive Teacher of Design Technology to lead practical lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will teach Design Technology with flexibility to cover 3D Design and Food, bringing creativity and high standards to the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Design Technology to KS3/KS4.
• Experience or willingness to teach 3D Design and/or Food is an advantage.
• Ability to use a range of teaching strategies to engage students.

Responsibilities

• Teach practical lessons across KS3 and KS4 to a high standard.
• Deliver a mixture of 3D Design and Food teaching as required.
• Contribute to development of the KS3/KS4 Design Technology curriculum and options.
• Support safeguarding and follow academy policies.
