Williams Lea Limited is seeking a Design Team Leader to drive creative excellence within their design process. This role focuses on project management, quality control, and team guidance while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and be proficient in management and communication skills.

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Capital House, 85 King William Street, London EC4N 7BL
Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week worked Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm with a 30-min unpaid lunch
Work model: Hybrid; some weekly remote working available
Purpose of the Role
The Design Team Leader is an experienced and proactive design professional responsible for managing the end-to-end design process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative output. This role plays a key part in establishing and maintaining robust quality control (QC) procedures, including the development of tools to facilitate the achievement of high design standards such as templates, asset libraries, and project review procedures. Working closely with the Creative Director and Workflow Manager, the Design Team Lead supports day-to-day operations and drives design excellence across all projects.
