Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Greater London is seeking a Design Systems Analyst. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative methodologies for geometry control and digital workflows. You will work alongside project teams throughout the design and construction phases, promoting new modelling techniques and supporting their adoption. The ideal candidate has a diploma or relevant degree, expertise in computational design, and a strong knowledge of CAD and BIM tools.

As a Design Systems Analyst at Foster + Partners, you will help develop and implement advanced digital methodologies that support the modelling, simulation and analysis of complex architectural projects. You’ll work closely with project teams across all stages of design and construction, driving innovation in computational design, geometry control and digital fabrication workflows while contributing to a research-driven, technology focused environment.

What you'll bring to the studio:

• Expertise in areas such as computational design, advanced geometric modelling, BIM, visualisation or digital fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, CAE, CAM and BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in tools such as MicroStation, Rhino, Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Generative Components or CATIA.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to prioritise work under pressure.
