Join a global business with the agility of a boutique studio. At Brisk Consulting Ltd, we specialise in managing complex, high-profile design projects - currently delivering some of the largest infrastructure schemes in the world. We’re expanding our UK presence and looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to lead the charge on new and ongoing work across Saudi Giga-projects and beyond.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • True Hybrid Flexibility – Work from home with optional coworking memberships and minimal mandatory office time (Liverpool Street, London).
  • Impressive Global Projects – Play a pivotal role in high profile projects
  • Autonomy and Impact – Work closely with the UK Director on project delivery and strategy.
  • Excellent Compensation Package – Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience, 10% discretionary bonus, 25 days’ holiday, private medical insurance, enhanced pension and professional memberships.
  • Growth in a Supportive Team – Be part of a close-knit, expert team with colleagues in the UK and Romania, and the chance to visit our international teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the linchpin between senior stakeholders and delivery teams on major design programmes.
  • Coordinate design activity across disciplines and manage external teams to programme, risk and change control protocols.
  • Lead meetings, produce reports and minutes, and oversee key design documentation and information exchange.
  • Work with our Romania-based consultants to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage design and delivery through early feasibility to tender stage (pre-construction).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in design coordination or design management, ideally from architecture, engineering or project management backgrounds.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale building or infrastructure projects (commercial, transport, leisure).
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes and Quality Management System procedures.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comfortable and able to travel freely internationally when required.
  • Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or similar (Desirable).
  • Experience or proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 is desirable but not essential.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Fully flexible hybrid working - ideally within easy reach of London for monthly meetups.
  • Office base: Liverpool Street, London.
  • Some international travel may be required (on average once every few months).
