Job summary

Hope House and Ty Gobaith Children’s Hospices in Oswestry is seeking a Design and Print Assistant to join our Communications team on a full-time or part-time basis (30 hours per week), permanent. The role will support planning, coordination and delivery of design and print activities, create materials, support direct mail campaigns, and ensure projects meet brand guidelines, timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Qualification or experience in marketing or related field.
• Strong copywriting with proofreading/editing skills.
• Confident communicating with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eye for good design and producing high-quality marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver design and print activities across the charity.
• Create and coordinate printed materials and direct mail campaigns.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget and in brand guidelines.
• Support refurbishment of a new charity shop.
• Collaborate with teams and external partners.
