Job summary

Hope House Children’s Hospices is inviting applications for a temporary 3‑month Housekeeping Assistant based at Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a competitive rate of £24,786–£25,281 per annum.

The successful candidate will help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families. We seek a dedicated individual with strong cleaning skills, attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining hygienic environments.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and rota patterns.
• Capable of delivering high standards of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain a safe, welcoming environment across the hospice.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures and standards.
