Gen Digital in London is seeking a Design Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our global product design organisation. You will partner with product designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, tooling, and documentation that enable teams to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree or equivalent practical experience in design operations, UX, project or programme management, business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in design operations, UX programme coordination, project management, or a related role.
• Experience working with modern design and delivery tools like Figma and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Drive and facilitate core planning and collaboration cadences, including sprint planning, milestone reviews, retrospectives, and design critiques.
• Identify and implement workflow and process improvements, including automation, documentation, and tooling strategies that improve visibility and reduce friction.
• Partner with design leads to create timelines, milestone plans, and delivery checkpoints that support accountability.
• Own and evolve project-tracking systems such as JIRA and Figma ensuring they remain useful and aligned to team needs.
• Maintain team documentation, briefs, review records, and other operational resources for easy access.
