Job summary

The Resolute Group Ltd is recruiting a Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design across Scotland’s power transmission and distribution projects. You will coordinate civil, structural and electrical interfaces for substations, overhead lines, and underground cables, ensuring designs stay aligned with programme and client requirements.

You will work with engineering, planning, commercial and client teams, supervise external designers, and drive design reviews and risk management throughout

Qualifications

• HNC, HND or a degree in an engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities from ECI and pre-construction through detailed design and delivery.
• Manage civil, structural and electrical design interfaces across major T&D projects.
• Lead design reviews, coordination meetings and constructability reviews.
