Buckinghamshire Main Contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join the Design Management team for a major healthcare development project in Buckinghamshire. You will drive the design process from feasibility through to on-site coordination, ensuring compliance and timely delivery during the pre-construction and early construction phases.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in design management, with UK main contractor experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Design Management position.
• Experience with UK-based Main Contractors.
• Experience on New Build projects in Healthcare, Life Science, Education, Commercial or Leisure sectors (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor design staffing and resource allocations across tendering and execution phases.
• Deliver high-quality, sustainable design service to clients and stakeholders during bidding and delivery.
• Coordinate design process through RIBA stages and support brief reviews.
