Job summary

Job description

We are working with a growing main contractor looking to add a Design Manager to their team in the Northamptonshire area.

The business delivers new build projects across a number of sectors, with a particularly strong pipeline within retirement and later living – including care homes and larger retirement village developments.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the design process, working closely with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team to make sure information is coordinated and projects keep moving.

You will ideally already have experience working for a main contractor and be comfortable managing design on new build schemes from pre-construction through to delivery.
