Job summary

ODGroup, a leading office interiors and fit-out specialist in London, seeks a Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design process across projects. You will coordinate architects, engineers and consultants to deliver integrated, buildable designs that meet client requirements, budget and programme, while upholding ODGroup's sustainability standards.

You will guide the design team, manage risks, support value engineering, and ensure smooth transition from design into construction.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Interior/Construction Designer.
Strong understanding of commercial interior design and build processes.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with BIM tools and design software.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the design process from concept to construction-ready information.
Manage design team and coordinate inputs from architects, engineers and consultants.
Review and ensure design information aligns with programme, budget and client requirements.
Lead design reviews and workshops, tracking actions to closure.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and sustainability objectives.
Mentor junior designers and CAD technicians to develop capability.
