Job summary

United Living Group is seeking a Senior Design and Technical Manager to lead the design and technical aspects of major projects, ensuring delivery on budget and programme. You will manage external consultants and coordinate with the United Infrastructure team to meet regulatory and safety requirements.

This role involves coordinating design packages across architecture, structures, M&E, and fire safety, plus leading design reviews, value engineering and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate design teams and external consultants.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and buildability.
• Experience in high-rise or complex infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout design, procurement and construction.
• Produce and manage design programmes, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Review design information for compliance, value engineering opportunities and cost control.
• Coordinate with Planning Authorities and Building Control for approvals.
• Manage design package presentations and coordination workshops with consultants.
• Ensure designs meet company standards and safety regulations.
