Job summary

Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Design Manager to lead our design team and guide the development of creative solutions across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, attention to detail, and alignment with brand standards to shape the visual identity and user experience of our products. The successful candidate will coordinate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, oversee design documentation and style guides, and prioritize timely delivery of assets

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage and mentor design teams.
• Experience applying user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Electrical experience is preferred to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams on technically complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to articulate ideas and motivate team members.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the design team to produce high-quality visual concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive design strategies aligned with project goals, brand guidelines, and user needs.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design.
• Facilitate effective communication between creative teams and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Support resource planning, recruitment efforts, and professional development initiatives within the team.
