Job summary

The Specialist Group in Maghera, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Design Manager or Senior Designer ready to progress to Design Manager. This on-site opportunity offers exposure to high-profile interior fit-out projects within a family-led business.

You will lead project design teams, manage release schedules and milestones, ensure drawings meet deadlines and standards, and review drawings across projects, reporting to the Project Director when milestones risk delay or impact the

• Manage and lead design of projects in line with agreed program.
• Produce Drawing Release Schedule in sequence with program.
• Agree design milestones required to meet client’s program with Project Director reporting back if milestones are at risk of not been met and the subsequent effects.
• Ensure all drawings are completed on time and to required standard.
• Review and check all drawings for each project.
