Manage the design process from pre-construction to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely design information using expertise and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan all project aspects, identify challenges, and propose cost-effective solutions.
2. Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
3. Minimize health, safety, and financial risks during construction.
4. Maintain quality information flow to meet project timelines.
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through open communication.

Experience and Skills:

• Understanding of traditional construction and Design & Build (D&B).
• Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Familiarity with software such as BIM and 4Projects.

• Understanding of procurement methods including frameworks and tenders.
