You will perform Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015, oversee design deliverables, manage internal and external design activities, and promote ongoing professional development within the team while aligning with ISO

Responsibilities

• Lead the direct management of an in-house design team and oversee design processes to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate internal and external design activities for civil and infrastructure projects in line with client specifications and standards.
• Prepare, review and supervise drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates; manage document control and meetings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and update Engineering Director and Framework Managers on progress and workload.
• Promote technical capability and professional development within the design team; stay abreast of innovations and best practices.
