Job summary

Building Careers UK is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design effort on technically complex construction projects during the pre-construction phase. The Role

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join their office-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing architectural and technical drawings

• Previous experience working within construction, building envelope, technical design or a related environment


• Strong experience reviewing architectural drawings and technical information


• Ability to interpret and understand detailed construction drawings


• Experience working with CAD files and technical drawings


• Strong understanding of technical specifications

• Ability to process and retain large amounts of technical information
