Our client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy providing high-quality services across a range of sectors, is actively seeking a Design Manager to join their expanding team. With a strong presence in healthcare and residential projects, they deliver schemes valued between £5m and £20m. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Manager to join their team in Newcastle.

Candidates from various backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This includes Building Surveying, Architecture, and Project Management. As Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design process across various healthcare and residential projects. You will ensure that design solutions are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Design Manager Job Overview
  1. Manage the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
