We are urgently seeking experienced Design Managers to join one of the South-East's fastest growing Construction groups. The company has a diverse portfolio of works including community and education, Private Housing, Social housing and Civil Engineering.

Due to growth in current and future orders, we are seeking Design Managers with experience in low rise and mid rise residential schemes to join the team. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex regions, and have been working with developers in the region.

This is a progressive business with a very well-established blue chip client base and an established reputation in the region.

Requirements

Candidates must live within daily commute of North Kent, be able to demonstrate a track record of pre and post contract design delivery and be looking for an opportunity to further develop a career in Design Management. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
